It looks like a PS1 game?

Thoughts of a cross between Die Hard Trilogy and Tony Hawks!
I think it is definitely clue time, I didn't think I would kill the thread

It is a PS1 game and it's definitely more Tony Hawk than Die Hard :)

Is the guy riding a board or skates? (can't really tell due to the text over his feet). Am I right in presuming that it's some kind of sports game then, based on your comment?

Is he throwing/losing a gun or is that part of the scenery? :/

That background looks so familiar...

[EDIT]
Got it (GS), by looking for PS1 skating games. Never heard of it!

I'll see if someone can come up with the title without cheating. :)

Well, it's been over a week now, so time for some clues

1. The game is a multi-format, comercially available platformer/shooter for Amiga, ST and Megadrive
2. The game had a different name on the Megadrive
3. It had a unique mechanic (BITD), where you could shift time to fix mistakes etc.

I only know one of the names (The Megadrive name)
Fatal Rewind

Not sure of the Amiga title though...
