Thought we had more DOS gamers here...

Anyway, the game is Witchaven, or to be more specific, Witchaven II: Blood Vengeance but both answers would count. One of the first DOS games to make use of the Build engine (most known from Duke Nukem 3D) and a pretty nice first-person hack and slasher.

Here's one I hope will be easier (fligh sim fans should recognize this):

One more try from my part (previous game was Flight Unlimited):

Game is part of a pretty known series of RPGs. If noone figures it out then someone else can put a new one.

I knew this was one of the Ultima games, but I confess I had to google it to find it was Ultima VIII - on DOS?

If that's right I'll dig something out and put it up a bit later.

Sorry there were no takers on your previous one, but keep posting!

Didn't check on this thread for a few days - would've got that one! Played it back in the day and remember it being ridiculously sluggish on my rig at the time, but didn't care!

I wouldn't be surprised if we'd had this before, though I couldn't see it.

As it's December....

Indeed it is - it was an offer in C&VG's December 1984 issue. You had to send away for it, it wasn't cover-mounted:

Over to you William for the next one.
