Seeing those screenshots has changed my deep rooted childhood opinion completely as I'm sure many other people wil...er.no.

@ administrators: Is it possible to have more than one poll in a thread, so all these threads can be merged into one?

Thing is, Spectrum games usually do look like Spectrum games, C64 games invariably tend to look like C64 games, and Amstrad games always look like sh....ining examples of Amstrad games... so I don't really see where you're heading...?

When I watched youtube-clips of Renegade this summer I noticed that the C64 version had very few enemy fighters. About half of what the Amstrad and Spectrum versions had.

You should have added the coin-up to the poll as well. From the look and feel from the videoclips, the Amstrad CPC version wins hands down. Even the coin-up looks like a lesser game

Nope, phpBB don't work like that.

Amstrad wins this one. Best graphics, feels like you are in more control.

Would need to see some video here methinks.
This one I feel the CPC should have been able to take home.

I said last one as I thought anymore might upset people, I'm just trying to get the definitive guide as to which version was best on which 8-bit... I'm a fanboy of technology, not a particular type! Its all good.

I luv gaming, especially 8-bit... nuff said!

Another vote for Amstrad. No bias this time, it just is.
