I don't think you did count correctly, because 'the others' must include the VIC 20 entry and my entry for the BBC Micro... :?
What I meant was: all the other systems have 1 vote each. 8)

With you waiting all this time, it's going to be suitably ironic if we suddenly get a surge in additions, getting the last 20 or so in one day!

Anyway: the next one is #20!

yep, hurry up, we only need 20 more people!

I can think of at least 20 games which really should be there, it was so hard to pick one and really does depend on what you feel like on the day. Today I would probably have picked something different.

*cough* skies of arcadia isn't on the list yet *cough*

No kick off 2 on the amiga. A football game of skill. It is to sensible soccer the same as pro ev to fifa. Friday nights a case of beer and the lads round. The sneaky cut across the box and slam into the net. Class

I could never control the ball in kick off 2, i'd always run it up the field and then the ball would just run away from my feet when i tried to turn in, I am rubbish at football games though!

There is no comparison on the difficulty. The only joystick i could use and do well on it was the competition pro (5000) i think, cant remember the full name. Any sensitive joystick was useless

davrho—as far as I can tell, you've not added anything to the list yet, so do you want to add Kick Off 2/Amiga? Something else?

#20 - Strider Arcade + multiple home versions.

I nominate the Megadrive version

2D platform/action games are my all time favourites, as such I loved the Megadrive. There were so many to chose from.

It was a toss-up between Strider and Shinobi in the end, but I think the style and athleticism of the main character sways it in the direction of Strider.

#19 Kick Off 2/Amiga.

Has to be on the list. I bought a pc version which was rubbish. Ended up buing a secong hand amiga just to play it. I take a lot of stick for playing this when pro ev5 and the x-box lie unused in the corner

Interestingly, Darran was apparently never planning to vote for Strider anyway. It'll be interesting to see what he finally plumps for, having mentioned a couple of choices to me while on MSN.
