A 'remixed' version of Ketsui is coming to the Nintendo DS. Not much other info about at the moment, the game has just been confirmed in the developer's blog. Check out this post on shmups.com for more info:

An arcade perfect PS2 port was in development for a few years but cancelled due to the PS2 not possesing enough memory to process the final stage. Seems Arika are releasing this to make use of some of the coding they did for that game.

Apparently this will be playable at the Cave festival held at HEY arcade in Akihabara on the 22nd and 23rd of this month.
