Games you would like to be made into a film!

Post by Beef » Thu Aug 30, 2007 6:59 pm

On the back of the Joust thread, i got thinking of what games would make appalling movies and there's tonnes!

I think a favourite would have to be Snake, Rattle and Roll. In the film they'd obviously stay on level 1 of course, because it's so damn hard; and it'd be obscure as sh*t!

A game i would actually like to be made is Comix Zone. Perhaps with a revamping of the storyline but look how successful Sin City was! Comix Zone would be awesome if they also kept the jumping through the comic windows.

A Toejam and Earl movie would be worth a watch as well...

What do you think?

Spindizzy - the Movie.
Hell, Dizzy - the Movie for that matter.
Why retro? Because you never forget your first love.

Ridge Racer? Like initial D, only with futuristic super cars.
God of War?
Another vote for Elite. That could be pretty good.

Good call on Comix Zone, that would be good in a Sin City kind of style.

I will say the obvious and FFVII. Not the Advent Children thing (which was good), but a film based on the events of the game.

I was thinking Samantha Fox Strip Poker would be good.

Then I realised nobody wants to see me naked ;)
