Most Famous/ Obscure Celeb to appear in a game!

Post by bonerlaw » Thu Aug 30, 2007 3:53 pm

Wasnt Samuel L Jackson cool in GTA SA????? And I was (very) pleasantly surprised to find that Trent Reznor (aka music god) did the music for Quake! But what other famous/ random celebs have been in games......come on, there must be a few..........................

And no, Jade Goody isnt in any! Although a game based solely on beating the living c*~p out of her would sell let hot cakes!

Any vanity projects are bad. Such as Michael Jackson in Moonwalker!
Most games with Arnie in were pretty bad, predator, total recall etc...
For us brits there were games based on Auf Wiedersen Pet, Grange Hill, Eastenders, Neighbours, Grange Hill, Viz, Spitting Image...

Let's not forget Elijah Wood (Frodo in Lord of the Rings) voicing Spyro in Spyro: A New Beginning.

The 3DO was awash with 3rd rate actors:

Hell featured: Dennis Hopper, Stephanie Seymour and Grace Jones.

Daedalus encounter featured Tia Carrera. From Waynes World.

Shockwave and Psychic Detective had Marcia Pizzo. She was in Bicentennial Man.

American Laser games had Ben Zeller. Who was in Butch Cassidy and the sundance kid.

Corpse Killer had Vincent Schiavelli, who was in One flew over the cockoos nest.

Night Trap had Dana Plato (Different Strokes - What you talkin' about Willis? Wasn't her... but the same show ;) )

And the Wing Commander series was star studded. Luke Hamill, Malcom McDowell, Ginger Lynn...

That's my fave. Rob Llewelyn did one as well, I think it was the Feeble Files. As for Arnie games I always liked 'Red Heat' I really don't wanna play it again though in case it's crap!.
