I'm an Asteroids ace, but I'm not the best ever. Alas, apart from that the only game i really barnstorm at is Dr. Mario. Sad, I know.

And in South Korea, there are professional gamers there doing it for a living. I saw a report on this & they also help out in running servers for different games by participating + being administrators to ensure fair gaming. Maybe as we play games for a hobby we are good at certain games, however in competition against a prof gamer we would be down and out in no time.

Spyro 2:Gateway to Glimmer on the PS1. I know the game inside out and if anyone asks me any question about it I can answer nearly straight away. I've completed it many times over and keep going back for more.

It is EXCELLENT! I can be very strict when rating video games, but it is one of the very few that I rate 5*. Spyro 1 and Spyro 3 are 4*, by the way! (and I prefer Spyro 1 to Spyro 3!)

Any of the 2d MK games, especially MK3/UMK3/Trilogy.

Always up for a game.

I've never lost a 2 player game of Tetris on the Gameboy. I'd love to play someone as good as me :-)

Kick Off 2, although that was many years ago and I wouldn't fancy my chances these days.

I bet I'm the best at Hatris ...mainly because I'm probably the only person who plays it.

Or ZSNES with the built in netplay. I used to love playing battlemode over the net. And zbattle: http://www.zbattle.net/ is good for finding people to play with.

Puyo Puyo (arcade) and Super Puyo Puyo (snes) can beat the CPU and everyone I know, every time....and it gets f**king quick on the later levels.

Used to be able to beat everyone I played at Tekken 2, I'm pretty good with Time Pilot, although not as good as I used to be, I struggle to break wave 3 (300,000 point barrier) nowadays.

Age of Empires II don't think I ever lost an online battle.

I was also pretty groovy with the 16 bit racers like SMK etc....and Wipeout 2097 on the PS1....and.......I'm bored of this game now.

Used to think I was "pretty hot" at the Mega Drive Sonic games - when the Mega Collection came out, there was TWO people watching me play it in HMV!

That's until I discovered speedruns, and realized I was actually fairly crap. Ah well.

Nothing and I wouldnt want to be....

I playgames for a bit of a laugh , seeing my son play pap like halo and he just wipes the floor with everyone - it makes me proud and sad at the same time - he is a very good gamer...but will it buy me a retirement cottage in the middle of nowhere?

Lets hope eh?
