If you're rusty , shouldn't you be polishing rather than brushing up your skills ?woody.cool wrote:I've spent most of this week 'brushing up' my skills - I was pretty rusty myself.Shin_Gouki wrote:It used to be SFII but I've become pretty rusty after all these years.

I used to be able to nail Outrun in one credit. Not the hardest thing to do, granted, but it made me happy.
Was always pretty good at Gauntlet, played it in the arcades for hours at a time and then at home on the Specy 128+2, (I remember the excitement at the anouncement of Gauntlet getting home versions).

Annoyingly SF2 Turbo/SF2 Hyper Fighting (depending on what you call it) is way too quick for my co-ordination to handle. I understand the game needing to be quicker - but not THAT MUCH quicker & I've never been a fan of the Super SF2 series. I much prefer Street Fighter II: Champion Edition.rtrgrl78 wrote:Same here, yesterday in fact. so quite smug with that, was playing between Ryu and Ken on Capcom Classics for the PS 2. SF II, Hyper Edition can't even touch that.
