Worms

Post by matt » Tue Aug 07, 2007 6:55 am

What's the opinion on Worms?

For me, the original versions were the best, but Worms 2 certainly provides more than a facelift.

I've played Worms on so many systems, too..

SNES, Gameboy, PC, Mac, Amiga, Jaguar, Playstation.

Some over the counter remedies like Combantrin will fix them up real nice.

They don't half itch while they last though, and its an itch you can't scratch.

I think they are all crap.

Ooh, I wonder which other much loved retro game series I can censored off next (already covered off Dizzy, Streetfighter, MK and now Worms).

But I am not a troll, I really don't like those games

I never really got into the Worms games, I have a copy of Worms Armageddon for Dreamcast but it always felt like a dressed up version of Scorched Earth... I suppose that's what it essentially is really.

Sonic. None of the skill of Super Mario World. Oh, and 'Blast Processing' which was largely bollocks.

The biggest problem with Worms is that after buying it in 1995 Team 17 haven't produced another game since.

So no more Project X, Qwak, Assassin etc.
