I hope no one minds me plugging the Retro Asylum podcast. We are now up to number 20 and to celebrate we are giving away an Amiga 500.

Bored on a miserable wet Bank Holiday weekend? Like the Spectrum or the Commodore 64? Then check out the latest post on my blog-of-the-book, They Were Our Gods: Day 93 - the objects of my affection.

I don't normally spam this thing, but that post took me ages to put together!

I would have to give you www.radiosega.net. I'm sure they have had a mention some time ago, but I can't remember. Still, this is a great site for Sega fans and you can listen to the radio station as well as suggest songs to be played next.

Racketboy is great. It has good lists dedicated to specific consoles.

Hey everyone, I'm pretty new to these forums but really enjoying it here at the moment so thanks :)

Going to be a bit cheeky and do some self-promotion and throw my gaming blog out there, www.tweedehandsgames.co.uk

I have always loved retro games but my favourites are on the N64. It's really what inspired me to delve back into older games and look back on them, especially as I was so quite young when I first played them. There really is no school like the old school!

I've done some pieces on Super Mario 64 and Banjo Kazooie but I really want to push some other content out there, so I am always open to ideas!

Cheers guys :)

Will you be posting any 'proper' retro content on there or is N64 (non-retro) as far back as you go?

(NB: This is at least in part a jest, since nobody here can agree on what retro really is. For me, its pre PS1, so I'd be more inclined to visit your blog again should it cover content of that era).

Don't think we have a Youtube thread, but Games From the Chippy is a decent series where he gets as far as he can on the games of his youth using one credit:
