ah ok.
How many are there for the UK set? I only have a small collection at the moment and am considering whether it is worth collecting more for
Re: What games/consoles have you bought this week??
A few ebay wins, the new stamps and River City Girls on Switch.

Got drunk and treated myself to the Capcom Home Arcade thing. Options are a bit lacking, but the unit itself is beautifully made, and there are some cracking games on there. £175 sounds expensive, but a decent Sanwa stick can go for £100, and I've spent a horrific amount on the ACA/Neo/Johnny Turbo titles at £6.00 - £8.00 a throw, so it's not as bad as it sounds really.

My Arcade Bubble Bobble
https://www.ebay.co.uk/p/2305478500?iid ... gKDlvD_BwE
(Can get them slightly cheaper than this). I've got tons of those Super Impulse mini arcade machines, this is the first 'My Arcade' one ive got. Really good, good size so you can actually play it, love this game !!! Seems to be perhaps the NES version of it rather than the arcade which i've heard they do for other ones in their range. Still really really good, happy as hell this appered in the range

They can be hacked to play other games

Considerably better than the Basic fun ones, they are just a step up from those crappy LED games

Still yet to get around to modding my Asteroids one (Not pictured)
Re: What games/consoles have you bought this week??
Tempting ! I'll probably leave it as it is. Just happy as hell i have a mini Bubble Bobble game like this, looking forward to seeing what other ones they do.
The Super Impulse ones are great (have them all bar one) but are more a gimmick to put on a shelf. These ones are good as you can actually play them

Re: What games/consoles have you bought this week??
The mod seems simple, just add a few wires and a dail, but just for a few more games it dont seem like its worth the effortpsj3809 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 28, 2020 8:55 amTempting ! at about twenty quid they seem nice and that but id rather them try to mirror what the machine looked like.
I am tempted by the Rolling Thunder one............
Also the Data east one but the price and the shipping costs are a killer
Re: What games/consoles have you bought this week??
Yeah shame about the Data East one. For arcade games which are some of my favourites (Like Bubble Bobble) i'll get for sure. Either way its good to see what ones are coming out also for the other ones (Super Impluse)
As you say the shipping costs etc are bad, waited a while for the Bubble Bobble one, wasnt too bad

Have you guys ever seen the Keyring ones? Game had them dirt cheap a while back and they seemed fairly accurate (well the space invaders one I have does but then its quite simple) and the top facia lights up like a full size machine does.
They also sit at roughly 1/24-1/25 scale so can get figures if you want to set up a mini arcade scene.

To small to be playable
Re: What games/consoles have you bought this week??
Yes, I've got on all right but again Space Invaders is fairly simple so could be a factor, I tend to support it with my ring and middle fingers and my thumbs under it using my index fingers to work the stick and buttons and my hands are fairly large, usually atleast an XL in gloves, eventually it will probably live more in a Garage Diaorama if I ever get around to finishing the structure.DPrinny wrote: ↑Tue Jan 28, 2020 5:10 pmThese ones?Sega2006 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 28, 2020 5:04 pmHave you guys ever seen the Keyring ones? I've yet to try any of the others as yet though, I do have one of those multiple games in one jobs that Hawkins Bazaar and Menkind flogged, few NES or similar Rom hacks and a good smattering of iffy selfmades game wise and a little better than some of the other multi game offerings that they do.
