From what I gathered at the Gloucester store, there's about 30 (or was it 10...i can;t remember) stores that are being sent all the retro stuff from all the other stores. It might be worth going into your local one and asking where all the retro stuff was/is being sent to.

Pleased with my haul though, everything works excellently, and looking through Ebay I appear to have had some incredible bargains!

Will do. Hopefully there's one near me somewhere. I presume it'll be big stores in cities.

Nice buy Sabreman. I've still got my original version of Gabriel Knight and I used to love that game, you made me think about it and I fancy playing it again now :) I got some decent cheap stuff of late (which makes a change for me) I got Vroom for the Amiga for £3 (last one I saw on ebay about 12 months ago went for £45! - nearly fell of my chair at that). Also an original boxed Turbocharge by System 3 on c64 for £3, a nice Jap megadrive version of Ghouls n Ghosts for £3.32, Tail Concerto by Atlus on US ps1 for £9. My boxed Do Re Mi Fantasy on Super Famicom turned up today as well (not quite as cheap that one), it took some finding at a decent price that one. I got a nice Mean Machines Sega set of scans on dvd from Mort for £12 as well which is very nice :)

I bought several games from my local Cash Converters (the only store to have a decent retro section, other CC stores have nothing at all...)
Got the following:
Breath of Fire IV (PS1)
NBA Jam TE (PS1)
(complete) £4 each

Rambo 3 MD (cart) for £1

Double Dragon (MS)
Land of Illusion (MS)
Terminator (MS)
My Hero (MS)
all boxed, for £1 each

Swamp Thing (NES, cart only) for £2
Sword & Serpents (NES, comlete) for £5

And I received about 100 Atari 2600 games I bought from PINMAN, there are another 60 that should arrive tomorrow.

Bulking up the XBOX collection with...

Crazy Taxi 3 - £3.44
Panzer Dragoon Orta - £4.35
Grabbed By The Ghoulies - £3.00
Jade Empire - £3.00
Project Gotham Racing 2 - £2.00
Blinx - £2.49
Conker: Live & Reloaded - £5.20
Crimson Skies - £3.00
Indiana Jones and the Emperors Tomb - £4.00

Also picked up Tempest 2000 for the Jaguar (cart only) along with a Jag pad for £13

And I have decided to try and collect every variant of my favourite game Bubble Bobble that I can, so have thus far obtained:

Bubble Bobble (Amiga) - £2.74
Bubble Bobble (Master System) - £4.96
Bubble Bobble: Part 2 (Gameboy, cart only) - £9.93
Classic Bubble Bobble (Gameboy Colour) - £4.50
Bubble Symphony (Saturn) - £14.75

That's a whole lotta bubbles! :D

All prices include shipping and most were from Flea-bay of course, though CEX online and Amazon Marketplace are both great for cheap XBOX games at the moment...

Ahh you can never have enough of Bubble Bobble. Is Bubble Symphony one of the later games, Bubble Bobble 2 or 3 or something?

I think it's technically Bubble Bobble 4, if you take Rainbow Islands as being BB2 and Parasol Stars as being BB3... But as Stu Campbell's article in RG a couple of years back showed, it's a rather convoluted series (though not compared to Wonder Boy!)
