Sure i saw it on PSN at christmas - may have to download to the PSP if so. I remember the reviews saying about it being pig ugly but good - I dont mind the graphics , I prefer them to the very polished FF's. Plus I have spent waaay more time playing grandia than I ever have FF - I went for Vagrant Story from Square after finishing grandia , using the bit ugly but good fun theory that made me choose Grandia (and my ex wife)

Clearly there is nothing crap about Final Fantasy 7 or 8.DPrinny wrote:Grandia was mainly ignored by the masses for the crapfest that is Final Fantasy 7/8

Finished Ghosthunter, very good game with stunning visuals. Pity you play on an LCD though to spoil the experience!nokgod wrote:Just two in today. It's getting less!![]()
Got a boatload going out tomorrow as well, decided to do a carboot and get rid of as much excess as i can. Doing Col's carboot at Himley if anyone's over that way, and wants to say hello.

From the local car boot

picked this lovely bunch! they were all £1 each. really pleased to have system shock on CD. had it on floppies previously.

Mario 64 DS was 50p
Burnout was 50p
Prince of persia was £3 from my local charity shop and zelda was £2 from the same place.
lovely day.

I think the PS2 looks bloody brill on my (plasma) panel, using an official JAP PS2 component cable.nakamura wrote: Finished Ghosthunter, very good game with stunning visuals. Pity you play on an LCD though to spoil the experience!

Bit rubbish when 240p doesn't display though.
It's why I opt for my Official AV-Multi SCART Sony PlayStation 2(TM) RGB SCART cable.
Comp cable is just the official PS3 one.
SCART through my 15kHz Amiga monitor reminds me of how bad it looks on my LCD though.

There is a stunning looking Sony 21'' 4:3 Trinitron in my local cash gen. It is a video combi but it has a flat screen and looks mint. Only £19, was very tempted.

Would be a nice upgrade from your widescreen CRT.
I'll be looking out for a 14" Trinitron to shove on my PC desk soonish - dedicated PS2 screen for when I'm sat at my PC.

14"?? Really?
It's not 1972.
Anyway, no consoles this week but got a network adapter for my ps2 yesterday.
Got the HDD in and running.

After realising i had a whopping £25 store credit in gamestation, i used it all up on a copy of Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3D which came to £15.
I better make a start on all these 3DS games because my library is getting larger each month.

I asked for orange. It gave me lemon lime!

As I say, for my desk.
Good job with the PS2 HDD btw, it's nice for the stuff it works with.
