Had a bit of a PS3 splurge yesterday in buying,

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - £17.99 off Play.com
God of War III - £16.95 via eBay
Heavy Rain: Move Edition - £17.99 off Play.com *

* I've no intention whatsoever in getting PlayStation Move - the game can still be played using a regular PS3 controller

I've been playing that recently, I really like it.
Yeah really enjoying it. Much prefer it to SOTN which ive always thought of as somewhat over-rated.

Thanks :) . I was very impressed with the demo off PSN so couldn't resist picking the full game up when I saw it listed at the aforementioned low price.

Since that last post I've also bought Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole (PS3) for the great price of £13.99 off Play.com. Playing the demo was a tad fiddly at first but once I got used to the controls I thought it quite fun - especially as the nature of the game is quite different from being yet another me-too title of which this console generation seems overloaded with.

I bought Mario and Sonic at the winter olympic games (wii), a while after trading it in but with the snow rapidly approaching, I thought I'd give it a go again. Also got FM 2011, and my head is exploding through all the new things (didnt play 2010 so I dont know what was introduced then, but this really is a whole new beast from 2009).

Oh and I bought COD Black Ops. Can we say that on this forum still without a horde of gibbering obscure Japanese fighting geeks trying to tell you how COD is killing the games industry/causing global warming/making girls not like them anymore?

Ive had Bioshock 2 for a couple of weeks and im dissapointed by the fact I havent really "got into it" yet. Its a great looking game but its just not really clicking for me. Hopefully it will.

Call of Duty: Black Ops (Xbox 360) along with 2100 Microsoft Points from Tesco. Plus one of my brothers picked up the PS3 version from Sainsbury last night.
