God of War collection on the Vita.
A half price set of Sonic figures! (Was sorely tempted to buy the k-nex Mario kart tracks as they were all a tenner, but I resisted)
And a lovely Mega Drive T-shirt from....Tesco. Which was cool.

I really struggled to get into that. I think I left it about 4 levels in; I was going for a stealth / pacifist approach - this is usually what floats my boat, but it really failed to engage me, unlike most other games of that type.

Does it improve as the game progresses? I do feel I owe it further attention, just to see whether it really is as good as all the reviews suggested at the time.

Looked in Game on my lunch break and found they were selling a couple of Xbox 360 compilations - presumably these were packages that were bundled with machines at some point. One pack contained Pure and Lego Batman, one contained Gears of War and Gears of War 2 and one contained Viva Pinata and Forza Motorsport 2. These games go for anywhere between 2 and 10 quid apiece, but these compilations were 99p each! I already have GoW 1&2 but I got the other two, so that's four quality games for £1.98!

Traded in a few bits at CeX I didn't need any more and made enough to pick up The Orange Box and GTAIV for the 360.
