Just wish there was some good games for it!

And my daughter (5) slaughtered me on bowling last night . . . she had never played on a wii before . . .
Best game I found so far was Tatsunoko vs Capcom - its ok for a quick blast and it was only £5.

Im sure there are more sublime games out there but I was just glad to find something other than bloomin sporty party games.
Thanks mate - will have a look . . . yes, need something other than wii fit and Wii sports. . . .not having my daughter beat me at everything!

Picked up Plok! on the SNES for a fiver. Never played it but I keep hearing good things, so I thought I'd take a punt for that price.

Great game, great price. Might be my personal favourite on the SNES, in fact. Enjoy!

Cool. Thanks for letting me know, I might move it up a few notches on the 'to play' pile.

Decided to relent on my 'dont buy crappy budget games' ideal (recent posts about 505 made me see another side to it).

So today I bought

Gun Club
Eagle Eye Golf
Puzzlemaniacs
Brunswick Pro Bowling
Taxi Rider

Not sure i'll ever put them near my Ps2 but had to see what i'm missing out on. A boost to my little 505 collection - which is now 10 games strong!! woohoo.

Also bagged Kaido Racer 2 and something called GeneTroopers as well as a couple of ps3 games - Blood Siren Curse and Sega Rally.

^Why buy them if you are never going to play them?

The art work on the 505 boxes is rubbish

Not all 505 games are rubbish - Zoo Puzzle is one of my favourite PS2 games.
Mind you, it's better known by another name - Zoo Keeper!

Found an awesome Mega Man t-shirt in Travelling Man today, in the half price sale too :) Power Stone 2 was £2.50 from a local charity shop.

Out of the other two finds, the one which might not be familiar to many is the Monster Brain cheat cartridge. A Pokemon specific one which also boasts a 'Colouriser' feature to enhance the older games on the Game Boy Color.

Rather disgusted at myself for breaking my "no more games" restriction and buying:

Heavy Rain PS3
Castlevania Lord of Shadow PS3
3D Dot Game Heroes PS3
Final Fantasy XIII-2 on the very silly basis that tesco had an exclusive slipcase. Even worse is that i havent even played the first one yet!

I feel ashamed that at how quickly i broke my rule...
I asked for orange. It gave me lemon lime!
