I traded in a load of 'select items' into CEX and got a decent amount of store credit. All paid for the following

Picked up a Neon Switch complete and working boxed from Facebook.

It came with a case (2 glass screen protectors) and 4 games (Mario Kart, Zelda, 1-2 Switch and Just Dance 2017).

£260!!!!

Going to give it to my son for his birthday in September.

Jumped at it because I doubt there will be a price cut this side of christmas.

I always say this, but you should check out Split/Second if you enjoyed Blur. In my opinion, it's the better game, it's just a shame they both got released together, ate into each other's market and neither got the sequel they deserved.
Sorry to bring this post back from the dead, but I just got round to playing Split/Second and you are absolutely right. My initial thought was "Better than a game from Bizarre Creations? You've got to be kidding!" but I've been hooked on Split all day.

Xenoblade Chronicles (Wii)
Tatsunoko Vs Capcom (Wii)
Mass Effect 3 (Wii U)
Deus EX (Wii U)

TvsC was a re-buy, wanted to get this again for local multiplayer. Never played a Mass Effect game before so looking forward to giving it a go, just hope I can find the time with my epic backlog!

Also been on a bit of a controller spree, most notably I picked up the Mario, Luigi and Link Hori Battle Pads.

For those unaware these are Super Smash Brothers themed and officially licensed by Nintendo, they are effectively Wii Classic Controllers in the shape of Gamecube controllers so they are quite useful for both the Wii and Wii U. These aren't to be mistaken for the similar controllers made by PDP, which are supposed to be of poor quality. The Horis don't feel as solid as the official Gamecube controllers, and they're very light due to the lack of rumble, but they look good and work well enough. They have a larger d-pad too so I'll be using these for TvsC.
Pratty's trade list, updated (October 2018)!

Rakuga Kids & Shaun Palmer Snowboarding
Good calls on both of those titles!
I need to repurchase Shaun Palmer, I used to spend hours playing it! Plus if it wasn't for that game, I don't know if I would have started listening to Pantera
Rakuga Kids is an oddity indeed, it's one of those titles that I always show to people who only knows the core library of titles for the system, it's a great little fighter in my opinion

My purchases this week:
Star Wars Battlefront Ultimate Edition (XBone)
Screencheat (XBone)

I don't mind thread necromancy when it's talking about how I'm right

I've bought a second hand PS4 which I got cheap as it had an 'unable to find the required update' error. Seems a simple fix, so I may be joining the ranks of modern console owners soon!

Picked up hyrule warriors on 3ds for £20. It's not a great port, but I do enjoy the game.

Carmageddon : Max Damage for Xbox One is just £10 in Sainsburys!

Rude not to pick it up really!
