Been a while since I had any retro pickups. Bought a PAL Saturn from someone and took a trip to the market today and got a few games :D

Oh and this is available from The Works bookstores. Alternative cover and a hell of a lot cheaper than the edition I saw in GAME. Bit of easy reading

So I decided it was time to add a Wii U to my collection...

Got Mario Kart 8, Splatoon, Pikmin 3, Super Mario 3D World and Lego City Undercover with it.

I haven't noticed any major price drop with the Wii U since the Switch was launched. What makes you think it's a worthwhile investment at this stage?

Because it has some good games worth playing. does there need to be any more of a reason than that?

Plus I have seen some decent Wii U bundles second hand on facebook since the Switch launched. Boxed with 4 or 5 games for around a ton.

Picked up BoTW special edition from argos locally.

The box is massive!

Probably won't get a switch until Christmas time though.

Not a game per se but this Street Fighter Vs Darkstalkers issue #0 comic from Udon was released this month. Undecided whether I will continue buying the rest as the art inside isn't really that amazing (a bit too cartoon-ish for my liking) but I couldn't resist this cover 'B' version as an impulse buy...
