Is it a jap md2 or a clone console?

It looks like an Asian Mega Drive 2, which is distinct from the Japanese one. The Asian MD2 I just sold on ebay did come with a UK plug and runs PAL games (whereas the Japanese one is NTSC and would require a "step down" converter to use in the UK).

Yup. Asian model. The purple cart flap is a dead giveaway.

Interesting Cash Converters find none the less. Its always the PAL MD2 in my area.

Not that Cash Converters have the slightest clue what they have given the sticker on the AtGames one.

I got a PS1 with the LCD screen attached for aroung £15 from one a couple of years ago.

Everything was in good nick as well.
