I figure I might actually post the pictures in the thread, rather than just a link to my blog - saves people the click-through :P
My collection has only been going for a couple of months (Although I've had the Amiga 500 forever) and I'm not a specific fan of any one console or platform, just retro gaming in general. I love it all :D

Thanks Willy :) I still have a few shelves that need lights, so I'm doing a few at a time :).

Looks clean and tidy. Impressed with how you have made loose consoles look just as neat as boxed ones!

Good work. :D

Yep, looks really good KKnD.
The only thing I don't like (and it's not just you!) is why people
wrap the controller cable tightly around the controllers.
It might make it look neater but tha cable is going to fail at some point.
Women are especially bad for this when they're "tidying up"!

Thanks for all the kind words everyone, has inspired me to continue to add lights and build the collection :) (Like I needed inspiration heh) And stvd, I've taken your advice onboard, and will be working out a way to display the controllers without potentially damaging the cords, I don't exactly have tons of spares :P

I always believed this was just a myth because over the years i have never had a controller go faulty as a result of this. ive had buttons go messy or unresponsive but nothing as a result of wrapping the cord over the controller.
I know it happens but i still continue to wrap, just because it makes things tidier.
I asked for orange. It gave me lemon lime!

If he won it yesterday he wouldn't have got it today.
