Not many, even though I adore the console (since it's an extension of the SNES in many ways).

But of those I've played I enjoyed the most:

Astro Boy - The Omega Factor
Castlevania - Aria of Sorrow
Castlevania - Circle of the Moon
Castlevania - Harmony of Dissonance
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance
Ninja Cop
Metroid Fusion - Excellent game.
Metroid Zero Mission - One of my favorite game remakes ever, alongside Dune 2000.
Onimusha Tactics - This is really damn good stuff, that I bet most people have never played.

Metroid Zero Mission, shame I don't own it.

Metroid Fusion and Zelda: Minish Cap were great too.

Be cheap-ish on Ebay wouldn't it? Last I checked, most GBA games don't go for much on there.

Wario Ware Inc - the one I have played the most

Also a fan of the bit generation games, a series of gameplay experiments released in Japan. I have five of the seven now.

Yeah Wario Ware by a mile. I really wish Nintendo would do an iOS version.

Great little system, though I use a DS Lite now to play GBA games.

Advance Wars is still probably my favourite. But plenty of AAAs you could really name any number for a favourite. Also very fond of Doom/Doom2, and arcade compilations like Konamis

Zero Mission? Last time I looked it was at least £20+ just for a loose cart, and with ebay you have to be careful with fakes. Cheapest legal way to buy it is probably on the Wii U.

GBA games can be expensive actually. They long ago became the targets of collectors and crazy Nintendo diehards. The DS and 3DS are next up and are already climbing in price for some games.

Boxed/Complete Zero Mission goes for between £40-£60 depending on condition. Loose carts can go for anywhere between £10-£20.

I remember buying a brand-new copy for a fiver on clearance back in the day! Shame I don't have it anymore...

Well compared to say Sega Megadrive, NES, Super Nintendo or N64 boxed complete games, I'd still call that cheap. For those I mentioned some games go for like $500. Conkers Bad Fur Day even just in cartridge form goes for a bit ($200+). Any RPG on the SNES complete usually goes for a fair bit.

Double Dragon Advance. Absolutely masterful update of the coin-op version, better than every single home port of the three 'proper' games, and one of the best belt-scrollers ever.

A nice little game, but I unfortunately made the mistake of playing the Gamecube version first, which is magnificent and so much better suited to analogue control!

Rebelstar Tactical Command - It's Advance Wars meets Xcom from the original creator of the latter, Julian Golllop.

Suffice it to say that I'd recommend the Advance Wars games too. The Fire Emblem ones are also good but they tend to change hands for crazy money these days.

I always wanted to try the NGC version but never did. I guess I should correct that at some point.

It's actually more of a portable 3DO, technically speaking. But I know what you mean, it has a lot of games that are either from SNES or feautre SNES-like scrolling effects.
