It's fun, but I'm still preferring to play Tetris Effect.

So, the last few times I've played this I've been pretty much demolished and barely made it to top 50. Maybe all the casuals (like me LOL) have dropped off and left the good people - for me it's no longer fun, just leaving me pissed off, so I've deleted it.
Ok so I reinstalled it after missing the game and got 4th on my first go. I think that's what the Rebel FM podcast calls a 'rest win'. Since then in the last week or so I have got another 4th and a 3rd.

Got my first 1st the other day at last.

Now there's no excuse. If I can get a 1st, everyone else sure can! XD

I got the free week's online trial with the Splatoon demo, and thought I'd have a quick look at this. Had to prise myself away two hours later, it's ridiculously addictive. I've not played effect yet, but already I can't imagine bothering with single-player Tetris again. May actually push me into subbing for a couple of months.

This is also just me playing Tetris blindly, I'm told there's a lot more to it if I bother to read the instructions!

There aren't any instructions but yes there is more to it strategy wise.

I sometimes flit between this and Puyo Puyo Tetris so at least I can pause that. I don't really play Puyo Puyo though, just can't get my head around the patterns you need to build in that game.
