Usually the Spectrum version Chuckie Egg. But I would most likely play it on ZXDS.

Bruce Lee (C64) Everytime. I think it's not only down to the fact that it's a great game, but on the memories related to it. Great times.

My second choice would be Fingers Malone (C16) but I find it blink hard these days! The PC Remake is well worth a look.

I like dropzone enough to have wired a c64 controller that has fire, smart bomb and shield buttons.

Where did you find a lead with that many wires in it? I have been intending to mod an Arcade Turbo to have two connectors so one button can trigger space with joy 1 with the others controlling by joy 2.
(Though I would put IM just a tad in front.)
