Looks good, seems to essentially be a prequel to BOTW so I'll definitely pick it up despite not being entirely sold on the Warriors gameplay.
I'm the opposite, I like warrior style games enough to buy this despite it being a prequel to BOTW.

Will it offer the 400+ hour worth of content that the last one did?
Adventure mode was where the meat was.

I worn the ink off my X button with that last one

The real question is, can people 100% this before BOTW 2 comes out?

They milked the hell out of the first one with DLC and ports to other systems and while Fire Emblem Warriors wasn't as beloved, I'm sure this one will offer plenty of challenges and probably new characters, even if they are just limited to BOTW.

It's still a pretty good idea. Nintendo probably has no time to do a prequel so this is the next best thing, and the Warriors gameplay will be suited to the events 100 years ago.

Lockdown 2 : The lockaning would help with this.
The main story of the first wasn't that long, other modes padded it out and are made purely of OCD types.
Had to play Adventure mode to unlock more characters and extra weapons, it was a bit of a prig having to go into a pause menu to tell people where to go, I used that a lot when having three generals on a map with a few different objectives

Its weird how they announced that they are making it also its out in a few weeks.

Never played the Fire emblem one as im not a fan of the series despite liking SRPG's they never really clicked with me, maybe because everybody in it looked so boring

Very annoyed that it’s Switch exclusive here but Japan gets a PS4 version  Either way I’ll be picking it up, the move to 3D models looks pretty well done imo

I'm hoping there's a multi language Asian release of the ps4 version. Reckon it'll make it to other consoles in the west eventually given how much Nippon ichi love re-releases and complete editions

That was an improvement on the first Partner Showcase. More meaty and less "Oh you don't like shin megami tensei? Tough!" Vibe to it.

Should give Disgaea a go sometime.

If you like SRPG's and wasting LOADS of time obsessing over stats and grinding, its for you.
Its story's tend to be all over the place

Yeah, if you don't like Shin Megami Tensei on account of it being a bit whacked out and grindy, Disgaea probably isn't for you either.
