I do through phases, predominantly modern (xbox one and 360) but do get in some Saturn quite often and have just set up a Raspberry Pi with Retro Pi so been playing a lot of old nes, snes games I am not likely to afford and playing some old Arcade stuff, although really struggling to remember the name of anything that I played as a kid!

I voted 0%. But the true figure is probably around 0.5%. And depending on what is generally classed as retro or not this could move up or down by a gnats knacker.

I mostly play older stuff. I'm not in the market for new, full priced releases, I get a game if it's on discount and if I evaluate it has good value for money (i.e. multiplayer, mods, replayability, continued support). I'm also out of modern console gaming and do my gaming exclusively on PC these days. I would support Nintendo if they came to Steam though.

Since tne OP defines retro as PS2 era or earlier, that draws the line at the end of 2012.

With that in mind, I had to choose 90%. It's probably nearer 99%, since the only game I think I've played that was made later than that is GTA 5., but I do buy the odd newish game, I'm more focused on my backlog though.

Blimey, by that definition, I am fairly similar - a handful maybe of Wii U, 3DS and 360 games (GTA 5 included).

I feel its better now to start going through the backlog. First in, first out.
