I've mentioned this before, but it's worth mentioning again

For a retrofest, about three or four years ago I got a Spectrum emulator CD ROM for £4.99

NOT ONLY does it contain 3000 Spectrum games, but it also includes material such as demos as given away on the tapes that came with Your Sinclair magazine.

For actual 'things', rather than emulation, not too far from me there is a great Retro shop. They used to do just games, but now they do retro games, videos, records and comics and magazines.

I was never a Nintendo fan, but my Girlfriend ordered a SNES off of ebay with a load of games.

Someone at work gave me an A500 and an A1200 a while ago. They're like new, though unboxed.

Well if we're including that, I got Commodore Format on DVD for free by swapping a copy of my Amstrad Action DVD for it. :)

I've been rather lucky with some of my finds.

I got an arcade cab from some neighbours who were tossing it out. It had a Neo Geo footy cart in it which I sold and I still have the Neo Geo cart to Jamma converter. All this for £3.50. I paid £5 but found £1.50 in the cab

A friend cleared her loft and gave me her DC, light guns, VMU's and some games for free. Pick of the bunch...........a sealed copy of Rez.

Monkey Island Bounty pack for 70p. :D

Just got a Playstation and 30 games for nothing! :P My mate was clearing out his loft and found his collection. His Mrs wanted to bin it so I forced myself to give it a home. :D

One of my other mates is looking for his Megadrive to give me as well. :P
