Have you got all the last few ones ? Cannon Bubble, Justin, Blizzards Rift ?

CEZ (The Spanish team) have about 4 new games coming out, seen a demo of one of them which looks excellent. Jonathan Cauldwell is putting the finishing touches to Quantum Gardening which looks very good (and slightly different). I've done a preview of new games coming out for ZX Shed (a fanzine we do over at WOS).

For the latest news or best place to ask though register at www.worldofspectrum.org and ask there under the 'Development' section

Isn't it great that people are still making Speccy games?

Sounds cool, I'll have to check them out...

GameX to me is one of the best, lots of mini games, like a Speccy Warioware !

Cronosoft have lots of new Speccy games...

Considering how cheap they are (tape or emulator image) its great to support them and buy some.

Farmer Jack is the Speccys equivalent of Mr Do!...

This is a 3 level demo, again its worth buying the full version

Justin is free and is excellent....

Cannon Bubble is another free game, Speccys equivalent of Puzzle Bobble

The latest Egghead game is also free and is very good...

Blizzards Rift is one of the latest games from Jonathan Cauldwell and is free....

Great Thrust style game

Again have a look at the Cronosoft games, some excellent ones there, can say for certain that GameX is a brilliant brilliant game

Would also strongly recommend you downloading the latest issue of ZXF, a great Speccy fanzine...

http://zxf.magazine.googlepages.com/home

Its a pdf, in an old skool Crash style format and has reviews for a lot of the latest games

You beauty.

For some reason I thought ZXF had been canned last year, didn't realise it was still being churned out. Good stuff, I've some catching up to do.

We've got some of the above (and more on the way) reviewed over at Oldschool Gaming an' all... plus the Speccy isn't the only machine getting new games, there are new titles for the C64, C16 and Plus/4, MSX, Atari 8-bit, Atari VCS (considering how much of a pig it is to code on, there's a lot of games for that one!), VIC 20, CPC, ZX-81, Oric...

Yeah he did a new version because of the 25th anniversary, hes hoping to get some printed very soon (Got one back but they messed it up so theyre doing it again).

The new look is brilliant, great reviews and some great stuff in it. Cant wait for the next one
