Very sad news not only for us lovers of the Amiga. May you rest in peace Dave, you did great things that will live on.

What sad news. I saw the name, and thought, I know that name...and then of course immediately read the impressive 'CV' of his creations that followed.

RIP Dave, thanks for the incredible visions you bought us. I always find it a little sad when people of Dave's calibre pass, as they do not get the recognition and tribute in mainstream media they deserve IMO. I'm sure RG will provide a fab and fitting tribute in the next issue or two though. Will find a release to put up on FB too.

Sad news indeed, but he leaves a great legacy behind, the Lynx will always be a favourite machine of mine, and although I was an ST guy, I had a bunch of Amiga owning mates and spent many hours on that machine too, great times!

A man who created machines consistently ahead of their time, I'd love to have seen what he would have come up with these days. Big loss.

It's very fitting that the new issue of RG has an article on a game that he had a big part in.

The 3DO is my favourite console.

I love that machine.

RIP to the man behind the very successful Amiga and the wonderful ahead of its time Atari Lynx, thanks for the many great hours of gaming on these wonderful platforms.

That's a great way to put it...creating machines ahead of their time :)
