A friend has had a copy of Spec Ops Stealth Patrol in a Playstation, whereas I've had a copy of Tetris with my Game Boy Pocket and F1 Race with a boxed Gameboy (which was only supposed to have Mario Land and Mario & Yoshi with it...)

Got a PS2 off my cousin, and that had FIFA 98 inside... The only FIFA game I've ever enjoyed, so that's a bonus.

And I got a boxed PSOne in a charity shop, got it home and it had Team Buddies, Micro Maniacs, Tomb Raider and the LCD screen in there as well (not bad for £12.50!).

Happened to me the other day actually. Walked past my local cash converters and they had a 120gb PS3 with all the gubbins for £39.99, so couldn't leave it there for that. Inside was a copy of WWE 15. Not my cup of tea whatsoever but flipped it on eBay for £5. It was slightly concerning though as it meant it obviously hadn't even been switched on to test it.

The only instance I can recall is finding a disc for Caspar inside my Saturn. The case/manual were stuffed inside the console box at the bottom as well.

A bit different but I bought Core Design's Soul Star for Mega-CD from then John Menzies. Got home to find it had the disc for Core's other game Battle Corps. I decided to keep Battle Corps so went back to the shop. Had fun trying to explain I wanted to buy Soul Star but in a Battle Corps box!

Woolworths once sold me a empty box for Croc on Saturn for £40! Only discovered the missing disc while on the train. So jumped off and back to Woolies which was now closing the manager was standing at the locked doors not letting anyone in! Took about 5 mins and showing empty box and recept before I got back in.

^Same thing happened to me with a copy of Lylat Wars! Opened the box at home only to find there was no cart!! Took it back the next day and it took literally hours for the manager to finally concede and give our money back (they had no replacement copies)

It took you much longer. They probably felt sorry for the retarded kid who spent £40 on Croc ;)

Ugh, Woolworths were the worst for that. Must have been great to work there though!

I bought the Doom/Doom 2/Final Doom collection at Asda and found they'd put the Doom 3 disc in by mistake. Sadly at the time my PC wasn't powerful enough to play it so I ended up taking it back for a swap.

On the subject, was looking down the local freecycling centre the other day and found a copy of KOTOR 1&2 with the discs and a bonus disc of Forza 5 (I think it was 5) for Xbox One... I don't have an Xbox One so it's up for grabs. Disc looks alright to me.
Yours sincerely, the little voice in your head that talks when you read.

I've found Dark Cloud in a PS2 disc drive some years ago. More recently I learned a Wii I picked up in a thrift store had Super Mario Galaxy in the drive. Lastly, I've also found a HK silver boot of Auto Destruct in a modded PlayStation once.

Only thing I ever got in a drive was a dvd of softcore porn in an Xbox 360 I bought on ebay about 5 years ago.
I contacted the seller to offer to send it back but they said they would "speak to their son about it" and I never heard back lol

You could have offered it to send it to Les Gold, it would have been remarketed as Hardcore Porn then...

Still love this clip from that show: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mg52RsJOPZI

In a joblot I bought I found PS1 ridge racer in a PS1 drive, and 2 wii games in 2 wii consoles - Big beach sports and Wii play...

I bought a case for my PSP in Cex last week for 75p.

On the downside it stank of smoke.

On the plus side it had discs of Need for Speed, Juiced 2 and Superbike Kings in it.
