Another thing to do is put a review on trust pilot or revoo. That sometimes wakes firms up and jolts them into doing something about it.

I live in Spain for the next 6 months so that might cost a bit :( , do you know where the address would be listed...? I'd ask them but they obviously won't tell me and they clearly just want customers to generally p off and die... :p

If you are on there have you tried Facebook/Twitter?

Companies tend to respond I find.
