Thanks for the reminder Cauterize, I'll be coming to the event this year!

Also, I was wondering, are there any new podcasts coming out from RetroCollect any time soon? There's only really Retro Asylum worth listening to at the moment...

It was a decent and well organised event - well done to all involved.

Sadly I couldn't get there until the afternoon and having talked to a few stall holders the best stuff seemed to had gone. It also had a 'car boot' feel to it all; people were haggling despite things being priced up and prices fluctuated massively between stalls - for example one seller had 'Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness' for the Gamecube priced at £30, the one next to it had it for sale at £55 (both in a good used condition). Many stalls were also difficult to search through - no order to anything, particularly cartridge games. In fact price wise, it would probably still be better to shop online, but one thing that did impress me was the quality of some of the custom builds and mods that were available. In fact I ended up buying an N64 multi-region RGB mod!

I think the next one is at the Sheffield Arena in June, I reckon I'll go again!

Cheers!

Sounds like everyone had a great time. I just wish these events didn't clash with family orientated stuff :(

Some buyers will just rummage thought it all and leave it a mess, hard for sellers to keep tidying it up
