Bandersnatch

Be interesting to see who wins this and whats actually in all these files. Remember that megagame flop Bandersnatch ? Never came out but helped end Imagine as it (Sorry Bruce no it wasnt solely kids taping games) seemed a ridiculous idea at the time

Hope whoever wins shares what they get to the public

On WorldOfSpectrum, the seller has said he is going to scan all the items before posting to the winner.

That's a fantastic item. If the winner does share that would be great too.

Has the Bandersnatch/Psyclapse debacle been in RG?

Not really a find. I asked the seller how came to have these, and he replied saying he worked there and was one of the last people to be laid off. Thus he took whatever he could with him when he left. So who knows what else he may have.

I can hardly blame them if they did, if the debarcle is half as bad as reported.

Well if half what we saw in the commercial breaks documentary is true they it was a rough thing to go though. I have poped in a bid on this, not that I expect to win it but just to say I was a bidder

Ok, maybe not a "find"... maybe more "what an interesting curiosity to have been revealed by the owner" :D

I find the whole megagames story fascinating. I must play Brataccas at some point, I never did get round to trying it.

Imagine Software was profiled in issue 21, there has been a further feature on the mega-games and an interview with Bruce Everiss - and the director of the Commercial Breaks documentary that captured the company's downfall.

Really odd to see my non-computer geeky friends discussing Bandersnatch in the last few days.

I wonder what these files would fetch today.
