I always thought the Sega 'Super System' was quite a cool set. It was a Master System packaged with a Light Phaser and 3D Glasses, it also had Missile Defence 3D built in (although not the best game ever, it did make use of both the bundled peripherals).

My parents bought our Amiga 500+ from Diamond Computers (if anyone remembers them).

It came with the cartoon pack, Cadaver, St Dragon, Car-vup, Corporation, Back to the Future Part 3, Gunship, Toyota Celica Rally and some golf game. I was very impressed to say the least.

It was the Power Pack for me as well, great memories and lots of gameplay :)

Pro vote Super Mario World for SNES.

With my Megadrive it was Altered Beast when it first released in the UK

Have to agree with this, it's the perfect portable game, and when I got it I was hooked. Ninty played a real blinder with that bundle. Also a shout out to SNES plus Super Mario World, blew my mind as a kid coming from Mario 3 to that!

More recently, XBox + Halo. Smashing game, smashing demo of the promise of the new gen. :D

Surely the Atari 800XL pack was the best value of all time.

Rainbow Islands, F29 Retaliator, Escape From The Planet Of The Robot Monsters are all great games plus you get the excellent Deluxe Paint 2 with it.
Yep - that's a great one. It's also the one I got with my A500. Only trouble was - I had to go back to the computer shop that I bought it from the next day, as to get a blank floppy for Deluxe Paint(it needed you to copy itself on to a black floppy - I think it was a safety feature - to protect the original disk).

The later packs for the A1200 were pretty good as they had a word processor and also CrossDos - which would have been useful.

I also think that the ST Power Pack that the Laird mentioned was pretty good. It helped the ST to come to more prominence in the UK. I almost considered getting an ST because of that.

Interesting that in the early days - bundles weren't that common.
