I've never played on any Nintendo console, or seen one at anyone's house.
I've never played on any Sega console, or seen one at anyone's house, apart from a 10 minute go once on a Megadrive which hurt my fingers.
I've never played on an Amstrad, or seen one at anyone's house.
I've never played a Zelda game.

I have never completed an RPG
I finished this today for the first time( I had played it before) and can say hand on heart that you need to remedy this situation! It's one of the best games I've played. :D

OT:

I have never finished Super Mario Bros 1,2,3 or Super Mario World.

I have never finished Link to the Past.

^ They're all top, but Mario World is an absolute must. Incredible game.

Never played Lords of Midnight, though I keep hearing how great it is.

I have never
  • Given enough time to the Bakdurs Gate games.
Seen the attraction with the Fallout Series.
Properly enjoyed a GTA game since Vice City.
Finished a Zelda title, just got very close to the end.
Played a modern JRPG better than Dark Chronicle.
    Built myself a PC.

I have never been anything other than thoroughly entertained with:

All the 3D Mario Games
Halo Wars
Resident Evil 0,1,2,Nemesis,Code Veronica
Final Fantasy 4,6,7,8,9,Tactics
The square is a great shape, and one that is criminally underused in modern game design. In the push to ever more granular, chaotic environments, games have lost sight of the simple pleasures of right angles and straight lines.

That surprises me, Even though I was very much a SEGA fan in the 90's and loved the Sonic Games, I also found Super Mario World FASCINATING when I played it round my cousins house on his SNES.

I just found the level design dull and the controls frustrating. Same with the rest of the 2d mario games although i enjoyed the first 2 Game Boy outings and Yoshi's Island. Sonic belonged in 2D but Mario i think in 3D. Opinion of course.
