Its not just that. I wasn't taken by some of the earlier books, but this one looks interesting. If I paid a few quid for the eBook and liked it, I'd probably stretch to getting a hard copy.

I am waiting on the ebook, £30 is a lot of cash for a book that will just sit in a box.

Ummed and ahhed for a couple of weeks then took the plunge and ordered. Looks great and a real keeper for the shelf

I see. I thought you were self publishing and had the rights to do whatever you wanted.
Are they aware the lack of ebook is damaging sales? An inexpensive ebook is a no brainer impulse buy, but to stump up for the hard copy I want to know exactly what Im getting, especially since the previous books have been so US biased.
