P.T.

Post by djslope » Tue Sep 02, 2014 7:31 pm

Apologies if there is already a thread regarding this...

Now I know the new P.T. demo is in no way retro (infact its the complete opposite considering the game is not out yet) but have you seen it

Its incredible and I think it will go down in history as one of the greatest demos of all time and for that reason alone I think its worth mentioning.

PS4 only Silent Hill demo.

Saw it on YouTube, looked pretty, atmospheric, but dull. But is only a demo.

PsilenT hill, presumably.

Oh, it really stands for Playable Teaser. They obviously wanted this to go viral and it seems to have worked.

I haven't played it but I watched it on Youtube and it was incredibly atmospheric and scary!
Having said that, it's almost put me off playing the game! I find survival horror a bit too stressful to get into after being at work all day - I'm too much of a big jessie (same goes for Alien: Isolation).

Isn`t the guy from metal gear solid involved? He can make it as scary and atmospheric as he likes, I`ll probably be asleep after 5 minutes of boring cut scenes

I died when the woman appears at the bottom of the hall..........

anything after that or is that it?, didn't really bother trying again as it was getting slightly tedious.

I think it stands for Play Through.

Bloody scary, though a couple of the puzzles were really REALLY obscure (walk ten paces until the baby laughs, etc.)

Lol it's not the guy from MGS, it's the guy from Walking Dead! :) [the actor not the character, unless there's some crazy Silent Hill/Walking Dead cross-over on the cards]
