Your favourite game - by system + honourable mentions

Post by crusto » Wed Jun 25, 2014 6:09 pm

I can never ever name one overall favourite game when asked as I love far too many, but can (just about) name one per system. Here's mine (with honourable mentions) tell me yours.
  • Atari Woodie: Combat
800XL: Resue on Fractalus, honourable mentions to Bruce Lee and Blue Max
CPC 464: Barbarian, honourable mention to Feud
SMS: Phantasy Star, honourable mentions to Y's and Dragons Trap
PCE: Final Match Tennis, honourable mentions to loads of others
    MD: Flashback, see above
    SNES: FF2 (4), see above
PS1: FF7, honourable mentions to Suikoden and Vandal Hearts
N64: ISS 98, honourable mention to Ocarina of Time
NGB: Tetris, didn't like system enough to bother with anything else :?
PC: X2, honourable mention to the CM (pre FM) series
PS2: Dark Chronicle, honourable mentions to Tiger Woods 03 and Pro Evo 2
GBA : Golden Sun The Lost Age
    NGC: Resi 4
360: Hmm, Halo 3, honourable mentions to loads of others
PSP: Jeanne D'arc (hopefully Nokgod  ) tend to play compilations only on this, don't really have a favourite.
PS3: Last of Us, honourable mentions to the uncharted and souls series
    PS4: nowt as of yet
