Roadblasters On CPC 464

Was it multiload like the Speccy 48K version? I can only find disks so can't check.

it wasn't one of those 'music on the other side of tape' jobbies was it?

I am pretty sure it is a multi load, main game code on one side, the levels on the other, not absolutely sure though, I will dig it out tomorrow and check.

OK, loaded it up this morning, and yes it is a multiload like the Spectrum version, main code, then the first few levels on side 1, the rest on side 2.

I'm not sure it was a multiload on the budget re-release, I don't remember it being. Maybe I was just crap at it and didn't get far enough to have to turn the tape over? The Amstrad version was gorgeous though.

It was, I remember it well!

I *think* it loaded each level in at a time! With 50 levels.... ARGH!!!

*edit*

Yep - http://cpc-power.com/PictureZoom.php?ex ... &type=.jpg

Also the Amstrad Disk version was supposed to give you a menu option to choose the level to start on according to the instructions - but this was missing!! So you had to plough through all 50 levels each time. GRR!

I'm pretty sure that the Speccy 128k version loaded in one go.
