what, sir, is D4?
The sequel to D3.

Although in this instance I believe Fightersmegamix is referring to Diablo 4.

Yea, finally got a decent collection of games. I've got the EA access thingy, I'm quite happy with that. I'm just waiting for a decent RPG.

So how does the EA access actually work and is it worth the money?

They put there older games in a virtual vault and with EA access you can just Download the vault games. Theres five games at the 'mo. Also you get early access to new games and ten percent off new games all for twenty quid a year. I think it's worth it...

Somebody told me that you can only actually play the games for 6 hours... is there any truth to this?

Tried the Forza Horizons 2 Demo, very nice but not sure I want to drop £40 on it.

I thought it was stunning. Never really got into the first properly, but enjoyed what I did, but the demo was excellent for number 2. Looks absolutely stunning too.

And with the demo doing the same as Forza 5, sticking people from your friends list into races with you if they've played the demo, it means my experience of the demo was chasing your name through a field at 150 mph. I did win (eventually...) ;)

I think that is just a one off for Fifa 15. people who subscribed got early access to the game for 6 hours.

Have an Xbox voucher, tempted to buy Valiant Hearts with it as it looks something a bit different.

EA access has two parts - the vault where you get a selection of games to keep as long as you want as long as you have a subscription - so for the price you get need for speed, battlefield 4, FIFA 14, Madden and Peggle 2 for free (more are added throughout thee year)

Then there is the early access stuff like FIFA and madden. You get 6 hours of playtime before the game is released (an extended demo).

Regarding D4, it's certainly an interesting game, nice graphics style, weird story and interesting characters. For £10 it's worth a try. Forza horizon 2 on the other hand is something g very special. It looks great and the freedom of the open road is really impressive (cutting through a corn field as a Shortcut never gets old). The handling is excellent as well, perfect blend between sim and arcade. Not sure if I'll grab it at launch or wait for drive club before making a decision but I'm very impressed by it, way more so than forza 5.

Has anyone played the Forza Horizon 2 demo?

I'm surprised they have made the handling more sim like than the first game and while that's not an issue to me I'm sure some people may be put off. Still it seems to be an awesome game just like the first one so will be picking it up on Friday.
