Urrrgh i hate it ! Its one of those games which i think gives mobile gaming a bad name, theres soooooooooo many other better games than this.

But yeah its selling tons, people are playing it, its the 'new' Angry Birds/Tiny Wings type of basic game which everyone seems to be playing - depressing !

Mobile Gaming is all fads and has no long term appeal. I went home to visit family at the weekend. My sister is playing it, my brother is playing it, when I went to Liverpool to watch the Everton match I saw people playing it, I come home, go on youtube and there is a Francis video about it. These things come completely out of nowhere.

Still at least it is better than Dungeon Keeper.

Guy allegedly (doesn't deny it) using spam-bots to push up the ratings of a terrible one-touch game. It's basically the old helicopter game with the sensitivity turned up to 11 so it's impossible to get anywhere. Don't waste time putting it on your phone, here's an online implementation so you can get sick of it right now:

Thats the frustrating thing, there are a ton of great mobile games, but people just seem to think its Flappy bird/Tiny Wings and nothing else.

I'm loving Limbo, Ravensword (epic RPG) and of course lots of other retro style games.

But i cant stand these basic popular games which seem to have even your granny playing it, depressing !!

Its a taster for the real thing. Add a couple more layers and you end up with Jetpack Joyride, a decent game with more or less the same mechanics. Speaking of which, Mechanic Panic on iOS is a long term fave of mine and in theory that's just the same - onebutton jumping.

This one looks like a decent implementation of an ages old game. I'm not going to be critical of it if people are enjoying it.

People aren't enjoying it though - it's thoroughly irritating everyone that goes near it. But they're still spreading it around like the plague. It's just down to the novelty of seeing such a ridiculously hard game. Jetpack Joyride is a great game, and the one-button hover mechanic is highly tuned in that game to make it enjoyable. In this game, it's been tweaked to make it ridiculously, unplayably hard. It may be all over the tech news right now, but no-one's going to be licensing it for toys and a theme park this time next year.

If I wanted to play something like this but a thousand times more fun and a million times less frustrating I'll stick with Tap Tap Glider.

Anyone who's scored more than 20 is a sadist beyond compare.

Consider this, these iphone games people go crazy over have less to them than many of the games that came out on the spectrum 30 years ago. How's that for progress as a medium?

143?! HOW.

I honestly wouldn't say it's terrible. It's simple and also have a degree of challenge I feel. I kinda like it tbh.
