I have a PAL one with all the gubbins inside - including the map and still-sealed hint book.
It is more or less mint as I bought it sealed years after I completed the cart only version I originally had so I'm not sure if I have even played it yet. It isn't sealed so I guess I must have booted it up at some point as I do mean to replay it.
