"Retro Gaming" offers on play.com (today only?)
I know it sounds like a Spammy thread, but I just saw these, and figured somebody might possibly be interested.
First off, some official "Retro Gamer" game packs... I didn't even know these were available!
Retro Gamer's Classic Puzzle Games Volume 1
Retro Gamer's Classic Puzzle Games Volume 2
Retro Gamer's Classic Arcade Games Volume 1
Retro Gamer's Classic Arcade Games Volume 2
Now for everybody's favourites... your retro consoles. Well, sort of.
Sega Master System Handheld
Sega Megadrive Handheld
Atari Flashback console
Sega Arcade Gamer Handheld - actually Master System and Game Gear games, so extremely similar to the first one in this group.
Another handheld Megadrive - slightly different games.
Your thoughts?

If anyone is interested in these, then you should look at the 6 button ortable megadrive/genesis. If I reacall thats the one with an SD slot and will allow you to play roms straight from an SD card.

For the love of God, do not buy any of those Retro Gamer game collections.
It was a regrettable Live Publishing 'business decision'. I can't believe they're still floating about.

Play.com used to be a really well run business with genuine bargains.
Now, it's turned into site for used products not fulfilled by them. The stuff they do actually sell themselves is over-priced and the range is ridiculously poor. Haven't bought a thing from them in years. I tend to stick with shopto.net, Amazon or sometimes Zavvi.

Now days it just seems pointless

Play.com closed down didn't they? I was under the impression that it's only used by private traders now so 'Play' themselves don't actually exist as a vendor.
Blame the government for abolishing that Channel Islands tax thing.

Retro is a state of mind, and cares not for your puny concepts like dates and calendars.
