Best 2 player games on the SNES?

Post by RetroVendo » Thu Mar 15, 2007 1:25 pm

Hello everyone, I recently dug out my snes out of the loft and have loads of fun playing on the old classics. I was wondering if you guys could recommend me the best 2 player games to get for the system?

Having great fun playing Mario Kart, SF2 and Stunt Racer FX with my mates, any other suggestions?

You can't go wrong with Unirally, Super Puyo Puyo 2, Kirby's Dream Course, Super Bomber Man series, Smash TV and Super Contra.

Hmm... I can't think of many more off the top of my head that aren't obvious - Super Tennis, Street Fighter 2 Turbo, NBA Jam, NHL '94, International Superstar Soccer, Super Off Road, Rock 'N' Roll Racing, Tetris Attack, Yoshi's Cookie.

As mentioned, definitely Rock n Roll racing and multi-player Super Bomberman is the most fun you can have with your clothes on.

Honorable mention for Super Puyo Puyo.

Agreed. Use to play with my brothers all the time.

Also I suggested Super Street Fighter II, Smash Tennis, Sensible Soccer, TMNT: Tournament Fighters, WWF Royal Rumble and WWF Raw.

The best in order as far as I'm concerned:

1. Mario Kart
2. Mortal Kombat 2
3 Street Fighter 2 Turbo

Get a multi-tap,get four of your friends around, and play super bomberman,it is the most fun you can have and garanteed to give you and your mates the best laugh in ages.

Get the Glove and punch a bomb over to the other side of the screen and block a friend in,CLASSIC.
the c64 was king,and the speccy,and the amiga,and,,,,,ooh u know the rest

Mortal Kombat 2. Best conversion bar none.

Give MK3 a try. It's ok for a while...
