Not sure about genre definitions so I'll just throw these out there:
Mole Mania
Soul Bubbles
Super Bub (PS1 Net yaroze)
Boom Blox
Drop 7 (iOS)

I do, especially the games that have that stupid infinite spin feature.

The most played games on my Neo Geo Pocket Color have to be Puzzle Link and Puyo Pop. Easy to pick up, but hard to put down sometimes!

Super Puzzle Fighter 2 on the GBA is another great one if youre accepting these type of games as puzzlers. Handhelds have always been number one for this sort of thing. The DS surely owes its success to the likes of Layton, Kawashima, item finding and various jewel-matching titles.

Don't know is this is technically a puzzle game but I know a lot of people that think it is, Ico.
A magnificent game that gives you more information about the (brilliant) story as you play it instead of giving it all to you straight away.

It's tricky to add to this cos most of my favourites have already been mentioned in one sense or another but others worth considering from my standpoint:

DS - Colour Cross, Gunpey, Honeycomb Beat, Meteos, Neves, Zoo Keeper
GB - Hexcite, Klustar
GBA - Denki Blocks, Eggo Mania, Zoocube
Lynx - Ishido, Super Skweek
N64 - Tetrisphere
PS1 - Ballistic, Landmaker, Starsweep
PS2 - Detonator, Puyo Pop Fever
PSP - Koloomn
SNES - Krusty's Super Fun House, Pac-Attack, Tetris Attack

Oh and Peggle. PEGGLE!!!

Cleopatra's Fortune PS1 and Arcade the PS1 version has the extra 50 Level Pyramid mode
Puzzle de Pon so addictive!!! Only problem is massive difficulty spike after several levels that seem more down to luck and you getting the star rather than skill based.. After doing these level most of the others are far easier
Loopcube loop salad complete this loads of times so addictive best DS game ever and the music is awesome 8)

Shouldn't a puzzler be possible to "win"?

Apart from that, Lumines > Tetris.

Here's a few I haven't seen mentioned yet:

Kurushi and Kurushi Final
Devil Dice (PS1) & Bombastic (PS2)
Landmaker (PS1)
Hebereke's Popoon and Heberke's Popoitto
Dr. Mario
Yoshi's Cookie
Warios Woods
Rox (ps1)
Turnabout (ps1)
Mr Driller
What about those tile matching games like Shanghai Triple Threat?

Also ...I'd call Boulderdash a puzzle game - especially those amoeba levels.

I Love Bust A Move 2 and Chu Chu Rocket. Tetris would be another. Iv always wanted to play Catherine aswel.
The square is a great shape, and one that is criminally underused in modern game design. In the push to ever more granular, chaotic environments, games have lost sight of the simple pleasures of right angles and straight lines.

Pushover on the Amiga was an excellent game. Cool intro, rewarding gameplay and a (fairly) increasing difficulty level. It's a shame it did not spawn any sequels. Great puzzler.
