More of a tram though right?
I guess so... but for 15 years I've called it a train
It might well be one of the best game intros, isn't their a hecopter ride aswell? Or am I thinking of another Halflife?

Anoher train I thought of is in Mario Party (4 or 5, can; remember which), in one of the boards you an board (no pun intended) the train and jump to collect coins.

Was it not a mono rail car? I can't quite remember. If it was then maybe it could be a train that just runs on a single rail. Anyway i think it deserves a mention.

Railroad Tycoon Deluxe. Even if I never actually totally understood some of the mechanics.

Bum - was just about to post A-train and Final Fight as suggestions. There's a train track section in Streets of Rage 3 IIRC.

I've always enjoyed Locomotion, and been deeply frustrated by The Fall Guy.

I like trains in games. Sunset Riders, Splinter Cell 2, there's probably a bunch.

Worst train is the one in Syndicate as it'd sometimes run your guys over due to the slightly sketchy vehicle exiting controls.

This is a bit obvious but final fantasy vii oh and a train and I'm sure at least 2 of the first 3 resident evils had a train. I guess minecraft sort of counts with the mine carts. Let's not forget san andreas
