The Last of Us

Post by koopa42 » Fri Jun 07, 2013 7:35 pm

Koops interested in PS3 game shocker! I've never heard of it, just seen an ad for it, lead to me googling it = imma kinda intersted in it. Well done PS3, the first title I've actually fancied on you ...... ever. Done by the Uninterested .... I mean Uncharted brigade which although I personally have no interest in the Uncharted games? should mean it's at least done well? Anyone else looking at this game?

It looks absolutely awesome. I was planning on getting it on release but i doubt i'll actually get round to playing it. Reviews so far have been overwhelmingly positive.
I asked for orange. It gave me lemon lime!

Yup,the last PS3 game that will be worth buying. I'm all over it.

What? :?

Anyways, yeah looks great....got it preordered. I did really like the Uncharted games though (the first 2 especially) so there wasn't much that was going to stop me from getting this.

Will be getting it, seems to be a very long single player mode and something to get stuck into.

Looks fantastic but maybe a bit too stealthy/creeping around for me. I'll wait for some more impressions,

I won't be playing it purely because it uses the "over the shoulder" camera viewpoint. I find it impossible to enjoy games which have used this angle, it really takes away from the immersion for me.

It does look great, but I'll wait for a couple of weeks once it's been released to decide.......but from what I've seen on the web etc it certainly looks promising....

Reviews are very positive and it totally looks great. Will definitely look for it once the price tag goes down.

Yes, because nothing will be released between now and the end of the PS3s commercial lifespan other than unplayable dross.....

What you mean is its likely to be the last PS3 game you are interested in and wish to purchase, right?

My apologies then. It wasn't entirely obvious whether you were taking the wee wee or not, considering that there's still PS3 exclusives like Beyond: Two Souls, Dragon's Crown, (possibly) Gran Turismo 6 and Until Dawn still on the horizon

No apology required, mate. For me, The Last of Us is the last interesting exclusive for PS3.
