Yakuza 6 coming March 20th for Europe:

Sega have really gone full steam ahead with the series lately. 0 was released in January, we are getting the remake of 1 in just under 2 weeks and now 6... And to top it off there is a distinct possibility that a new title will be announced next Saturday (26th)

You just need megaman in a yakuzi game and your life would be complete shadowman!

I've been playing rocket league to the point where I have now had 300 hours game time and even then I'm just about platinum rank where the play gets utterly insane.

Here's hoping. Though Geese was arguably a better choice (and I love Yakuza!), but I'm absolutely diving into T7 when Geese is released.

Speaking of Yakuza though, the Taiwan PSN store kinda spoiled a surprise for the Yakuza Team event due to take place tomorrow in Japan. Looks like a remake of Yakuza 2 is happening, and its got a 2017 release date (in Asia) using the same game engine Yakuza 6 uses. So it'll be very interesting to see how they've managed to refine the engine in the last year or so (as 6 was a little rough round the edges in a few areas). It'll definitely be a day 1 import for me, despite it probably getting a English release next year (Sega really stepped their game up in that regard) but I won't be able to wait that long!

Fist of the North Star by the Yakuza devs? This is actually perfect. The musou games were fun, but this should be something else

Yeah, I've been reading more about this. Basically they are taking the Yakuza concept (pleasure district hub area with lots of stuff to do) and giving you stylish Yakuza combat for the action stuff. Seems like a perfect combo!

Also, another new Yakuza game was announced alongside the remake of 2 and FOTNS - this one is the continuation of the main series, but it sounds like it might not be named Yakuza 7 since it features a brand new protagonist. Yeah, I'm over the moon now!
