As a pc gamer I find that Drift Mania Championship is a great free title for quick races with shaky controls, but nothing really beats minesweeper
pm me I'm always up for a multiplayer session for the following games
Gears of war 1 2 3
Call of duty 2 3 4
All of the halos
Call of duty modern warefare 2
Shadowrun

Puzzle Quest on the 360 or something on the arcade machine, usually Time Pilot.

Feel free to add me on XBL.

I'm coming to the end of my teacher training at the moment, so I don't really have time to play games at present. That said (and I'm not sure if I should admit this) my go to game is Modern Warfare 3. When I get home from placement, I go online, complete the daily challenges, then get back to work.

Outrun 2006 Coast To Coast/Online Arcade would be mine.
The square is a great shape, and one that is criminally underused in modern game design. In the push to ever more granular, chaotic environments, games have lost sight of the simple pleasures of right angles and straight lines.

Time Pilot on the DS, via Konami Arcade Classics.

Usually for about ten minutes after I've hit the snooze button in the mornings.
My comics blog (mostly lesser-known UK stuff from the 80s and 90s)
