Yeah it was a random fight with 3 thugs right after going to Stardust and meeting Shinji in chapter 2 so it was rather strange. Especially for the beginning of the game! I am looking forward to getting zero next then move onto Kiwami 2 once it's finally out. Then I can start on 3-6 which I have 3 and 4 already on PSN ready to go.
Its always worth bringing along a few healing items if your not already just to be on the safe side. I remember doing this bit on the original PS2 version (or one bit similar - where you fight Yuya in front of Stardust) and then almost got stuck in the fight right afterwards as I had no health left! I'll be starting the game later today, so can't wait to do these fights all over again (for the 5th time at least!)
Meanwhile, I've been hammering Nioh loads. Pretty much reached the final set of missions now, I think I've gotten into a decent grove in the game, its hard for sure - mainly due to the heavy hitting enemies but I've learned their patterns and have a few decent powers to mitigate most problems in any encounter (apart from ones that have a ton of enemies coming after you, those are still tough!). Definitely one of my favourite action titles I've played in a while, I picked up the season pass cheap so that I can get even more playtime out of this!

Been playing Dungeons & Dragons: Shadow over Mystara with my 6yo via Retropie and personally I prefer the first

Wife and I are playing Vikings Wolves of Asgard now it has couch coop and it ain't bad.
I've gone back to Fallout 4 now and am starting from scratch. Intend to follow the story now and not keep getting sidetracked as always got bogged down with sidequests and quit.
Greetings Mortal, Are You Ready To Die?

I'm the opposite. I found Tower of Doom to slow and a little more linear in places. Plus the classes weren't as varied. It was a good first game thought but I thought Mystara ate it for breakfast.

The Darkness on 360.
Not very far in but it's not really doing anything for me yet.

I've been playing The Chaos Engine (Mega Drive version) a lot over the weekend.
It's still a fantastic title and it's great fun trying out the different combinations of Mercenaries as they all have different strengths and weaknesses.
Always thought the graphics were awesome!

Sonic Forces and currently updating SW Battlefront 2.
Forces is ok, not great but some good ideas in there.

More Super Mario Odyssey. Up to 730 moons now, just doing the post game content, super stuff bar a couple of tiny control issues I have in a couple of areas.
Also spent several hours today playing the Yakuza Kiwami 2 demo. Amazing stuff, exactly what I wanted from a remake of 2. It'll dominate my December playtime for sure.

Has Been Heroes on the Switch.
Really challenging game that gives little away in how to play, but enjoying it immensely.
I fancy a nice hot cup of tea. Splash of milk. No sugar.

I've started playing Rocket Slime on the DS. It's a great little adventure game with some cool strategy bits in it.
Highly recommended.
